Paul Fuller

Creative Director

Paul spent his early career working for various design agencies in the South, notably Preface Design in Portsmouth. It was during his time here that he began what was to become a long-standing association with the theatre industry, producing work for Chichester Festival Theatre, Richmond Theatre, London City Ballet, First Family Entertainment, Richmond Theatre, The Criterion Theatre, Theatre Royal Windsor, and Kevin Wood Productions to name but a few.

After founding his own studio in 1992, Paul has worked extensively for the airline industry, including Air Canada, Canadian Airlines, GB Airways, US Airways, Qatar Airways, Oneworld Alliance and Star Alliance.

More recently, he has been responsible for all the UK, European and Australian T-Shirt designs for the Californian based leisure wear company ‘Old Guys Rule.’

Stephen Lawrance

Managing Director

The major portion of Steve’s early career was as founder and creative lead of successful West London Design agency, Designlines from 1987 to 1998; guiding the company from 0 to £2.5m turnover in 5 years. In addition to general design and print, Designlines was very active in the food, sport, music and incentive marketing sectors. During this period, Steve was responsible for conceptualising themed ice cream, developing leading brands, working closely with well-known bands, and was the creative behind some of Britain’s major sporting events.

After leaving Designlines in 1998, Steve founded a digital agency, focusing on brand and identity, web-based design and emerging media technologies and content.

Steve is also a founder and director of two publishers.
