Exercise Tiger Trust

Complete branding and digital design project

GWL Creative designed the trust logo, website logo, complete website and all supporting imagery for Exercise Tiger Trust, creating a cohesive digital identity for an important historical remembrance and research project.

The website commemorates the American servicemen who lost their lives during Exercise Tiger on 28th April 1944. Designed to support historical research, education and remembrance, the site brings together a Roll of Honour, archival documents, personal collections, photographs and other historical resources in an accessible online environment.

The project combines thoughtful visual identity design with clear information architecture and bespoke imagery, helping present a substantial body of historical material with clarity, sensitivity and respect. The result is a dedicated online resource for relatives, researchers, students and anyone wishing to learn more about this often-overlooked Second World War tragedy.

Project focus: Trust logo design, website logo design, bespoke website design, custom imagery, historical archive website design, information architecture and digital preservation.
